"Artist and naturalist, I'm curious about how nature inspires awe, how we feel it deep in our bones, how to express that connection, and what we can learn from it. I want to show you how life constantly expands and contracts all around us, kindling our sense of awe, urgency, and wonder. I hope my work serves as a reminder to be receptive to mystery. Whether artist or viewer, individual life experience makes its way into every artwork while Nature reminds us we are all part of something larger." -Michelle Louis |
